I only came across this CD a few weeks ago. I have since met Jack Stewart, and he really is a wonderful guy as well as very knowledgeable.... as I'd expect from a fellow psychotherapist!
I have used the CD myself - at home for relaxation - and it certainly is ONE of the best I have heard.... if not THE best. I've also used it in my clinics - in relaxation groups as well as during one to one hypnotherapy sessions. It is incredibly effective. Hence my decision to offer the CD for sale on this website - a decision not taken lightly as the Tinnitus E-Programme is free of charge of course.
Everything that you need for the E-Programme is freely downloadable from this website, however, should you choose to add to your relaxation recordings collection, I can recommend this one personally.
