Tinnitus E-Programme - Free to access on-line tinnitus management programme
Funding the Tinnitus E-Programme

The Tinnitus E-Programme is personally funded by me, Debbie Featherstone, and has been since its launch in June 2009

This includes the cost of the website itself, as well as the time spent updating it, email contact with users, collecting and collating results etc.

With the external evaluation by NIHR NHBRU during 2015 it is more important than ever that the Tinnitus E-Programme has some financial help. To this end, I have written three new CBT Workbooks that give additional support to users of the E-Programme , particularly from Week 4 onwards

By purchasing a Workbook, not only will you be helping yourself but you will be helping towards supporting the free to access Tinnitus E-Programme

PLEASE NOTE when ordering via PayPal, your Workbooks will be sent to you by email. If you have paid and not received the Workbooks, please email funding@tinnituseprogramme.org

CBT for Tinnitus & Anxiety: Basic Workbook

As with CBT for Tinnitus: Basic Workbook, this takes you step by step through the process of Negative Automatic Thought (NAT) identification and analysis, using Thought Records that patients use in my clinics. When ordered, you will receive 2 copies by email - one in Word 97-2003 so that you can complete the Workbook electronically should you wish, and one in PDF

CBT for Anxiety: Basic Workbook

Anxiety is something commonly associated with tinnitus, after all, tinnitus can make us feel anxious, especially in the beginning. However, sometimes anxiety has been a problem long before any tinnitus came along. There are many forms of anxiety. The two most common I see in my clinics are Generalised Anxiety (also known as Generalised Anxiety Disorder or GAD) and Panic (Panic Disorder) that results in panic attacks

The CBT for Anxiety: Basic Workbook by Debbie Featherstone is in the same format as CBT for Tinnitus: Basic Workbook, but is aimed at dealing with anxiety and panic through the use of Thought Records
Purchase of CBT for Anxiety: Basic Workbook will also help towards funding the free to access Tinnitus E-Programme - cost £10.00
